About the site
Calendly started as the default way to book meetings and now covers the work around them, from an AI assistant to recaps and payments. The homepage is clean: a soft grey panel holds a tight, bold headline and Google and Microsoft sign-up buttons above a blue gradient booking preview. The hero headline is A/B tested and may differ from the capture. A strong reference for mature SaaS brands extending into AI without losing simplicity.
How this page sells
For people who know Calendly as a booking link: it introduces 'the new Calendly' and proves the wider platform with hours saved.

A blue bar announcing 'the new Calendly' over 'All the work around meetings, handled.', with Sign up with Google and Sign up with Microsoft buttons and 'No credit card required'.
Why it converts: The headline stretches a brand known for one link into a platform, and signing up with the calendar account people already have removes the form entirely.
A gradient panel with four icon tabs (scheduling, the Callie assistant, recaps, payments), each opening a real setting such as 'Require payment to book' switched on.
Why it converts: Four products in one tabbed frame show the new breadth without a long feature list, and each card is a real setting, so it reads as shipped, not promised.
A centred headline over cards for each stage of a meeting (Book, Prep, Capture), with a mid-page Start for free.
Why it converts: Mapping the product onto the before, during and after of a meeting lets sales, recruiting and success teams recognise their own week in it.
A serif headline beside real UI: availability hours, meeting buffers, and an Admin Management panel with Admin and Member roles.
Why it converts: Roles and permissions tell the team buyer that the familiar personal link now scales to a whole organisation, which is what a paid team plan needs.
'Meet Callie, your AI assistant': cc callie@calendly.com on any email thread and it coordinates the meeting, shown as a real cc chip on an email.
Why it converts: An email address is the simplest possible AI interface. There's nothing new to learn, so trying it costs nothing.
'Real customers. Real results.' over a carousel of portrait cards, led by '75 hours saved monthly' and a support leader's quote about protecting the team's time.
Why it converts: Hours saved per month is a number a manager can multiply by salary, turning a scheduling tool into a line item that pays for itself.
A grid of the tools the buyer lives in: Zoom, Google Calendar, Gmail, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, Outlook, HubSpot, ChatGPT, PayPal.
Why it converts: Salesforce and HubSpot beside Zoom tell the ops buyer it fits the existing stack, often the last question before a team rollout.
'From the first meeting to the follow-up' with Start for free, above a carousel of people tagged with meeting states like 'Discovery' and 'Scheduled'.
Why it converts: The last line restates the whole expanded promise in one sentence, so the reader leaves with the new Calendly in mind, not the old booking link.
